#BraverLeaders

Lynda is a prominent leadership voice, author and change activist

She believes it is each of us, not big organisations, religions or governments, that change the world – little action by little action.

All too often the environments and workplaces we find ourselves in undermine our self belief, our ability to act and ultimately our mental wellbeing.

Lynda works with leaders across healthcare and education, and business experts to create cultures that heal and not hurt.

#BraverLeaders

Lynda says:

I think the secret to great leadership – at all levels – is to be more human.
This takes real courage, both to stay connected and to show up for the people and things that matter to you.

When we hide, judge or stigmatise, we deny people the opportunity to heal and grow.

We have a way to go, but everyone of us can afford to be braver about how we behave, perhaps a little kinder – to ourselves and to others – and to take small actions when we can, then we get to be the human we are capable of being.

Book Lynda To speak:

We learn best when we are having fun

Lynda has a speaking range suitable for most audiences – from the very academic through to small informal gatherings.

She has over two decades of practical experience, research and learning to draw on. When she’s not in front of an audience she’s usually found geeking out on the latest neuroscience, deep in eclectic reading or madly writing and creating her own works.

To date she has authored 3 books, one in its 3rd edition, and multiple papers and articles in professional journals.

Lynda speaks on:

  • Courageous Leadership
  • Healing Cultures
  • Mental wellbeing
  • Being more human
  • The impact of social isolation and deconditioning

What I Do:

We all need space to grow into the person we are destined to be.

Drawing on my expertise in coaching, neuroscience and psychology, I create space to help you to lead courageously, to explore what’s possible, and to make your contribution your way.

As a bit of a rebel myself, I realised early on that there was this group of leaders, change activists, and experts who didn’t necessarily fit traditional leadership paths, but made a tangible difference to their bit of the world.

Connection, or being part of something bigger, being around people who stretch and challenge you, helps you to stay courageous, and to develop & maintain the beliefs, attitudes & skills you need to do the things that matter to you.

I love that I get to spend my time with creative, courageous leaders – exploring, excavating and discovering the treasure buried within, so that you get to use your buried treasure to amplify your impact.
